We received your application for housing, and are excited that you have chosen MGCCC to continue your education.  Our residence halls are filled to capacity at this time and we have a waiting list.  If you have already paid your non-refundable $50 fee, then you automatically were placed on the waiting list.  You will be on the waiting list in the order in which your application fee payment was received.

We will assign students from the waiting list throughout the summer as we get cancellations.  If we assign you over the summer, we will send an assignment letter to your student email account.  To check your student email account, go to mgccc.edu/MyGulfCoast, click Student Email, and enter your ID number and password.  You should check your email often and review  emails closely for important housing updates as well as other college communications.

We will also make assignments from the waiting list beginning at 9:00 AM on August 17, 2018.  We will contact you if we can assign you at that time.  Please ensure your phone number is correct in Web Services so that we can reach you if needed.  Please do not come to campus expecting to have a room assignment without first receiving an assignment letter to your student email account (summer assignments) or without being called (August 17 assignments).

If you are a returning student who failed to begin a fall Housing Application prior to leaving on May 3, 2018, you must re-pay the $50 application fee.  Once that payment is made, you will automatically be added to the waiting list.

Please be patient as we work through the waiting list.  We will work diligently to assign as many students as we can on or before August 17.  Please understand that we are, and will continue to experience high call volumes.  Please email me at toni.naramore@mgccc.edu with any questions you may have outside of your placement on the waiting list or when you might be assigned.
