Chromosomes – contracted and coiled chromatin that forms just prior to cell division.  Each chromosome is the contracted molecule of of DNA that contains the genes. They also contain RNA and histone proteins.
		Nuclear Sap – nucleoplasm which supports and nourishes the chromosomes
