    This program prepares individuals to work in engineering departments or private firms installing, maintaining, and operating small or medium air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems.


  • Instrumentation and Control Technology

    The Instrumentation program is designed to prepare graduates for a career in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of industrial electrical and electronic equipment and systems.

  • Maritime Technology

    The Shipfitting and Steel Fabrication program prepares graduates for a range of career options from a Shipfitter to Metal or Steel Fabricator.

  • Millwright/Outside Machinist Technology

    MGCCC’s Millwright/Outside Machinist Technology program is designed to prepare students for a wide range of technical positions within the commercial/industrial manufacturing industry and the utility and petroleum industries. The program will prepare graduates for a career in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of industrial equipment and systems. Graduates will possess the skills necessary to enter the workforce as entry-level millwrights in the field of chemical, petrochemical, exploration and production, pulp and paper, power generation, utilities, food and beverage, and water/waste treatment.

  • Precision Manufacturing and Machining Technology

    Precision Manufacturing and Machining Technology is an instructional program that prepares individual to shape metal parts on machines such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, and milling machines.

  • Process Operations Technology

    Prepare for a job at any processing facility like oil refineries, power plants, drug manufacturers, water treatment plants, food and beverage factories, and more.

  • Systems Based Electronics

    The Systems Based Electronics – Instrumentation and Controls Technology provides the instruction necessary for students to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to monitor instrumentation and controls for a variety of processes that include but are not limited to energy or power generation and petroleum refining.

    The Light Duty Diesel diploma option offers students an opportunity to specialize in light duty diesel systems after completing the first two semesters of the Automotive Technology program.
