The Culinary camp at the Jefferson Davis Campus is always a hit, with participants learning to cook from award-winning chefs. The camp is interactive and encompasses both sweet and savory cooking. Everything participants make is made from scratch and designed for them to learn proper cooking and baking skills. The camp will take place in the college’s Hospitality Resort Management Center in a state-of-the-art instructional kitchen.
