MGCCC hosts “Growing an Art Business” featuring artist Karah Michele Brown
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s School of Visual and Performing Arts at the Perkinston Campus is excited to present “Growing an Art Business,” an artist talk by renowned coast artist Karah Michele Brown. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Visual Arts Center.
Brown’s artwork will also be on display at the Visual Arts Center from February 10 through March 11, offering visitors the chance to explore her compelling collection.
This engaging evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., accompanied by live music from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to view the exhibition, connect with fellow art enthusiasts, and enjoy light refreshments before Brown takes the stage to share her journey of growing a successful art business.
