Community Programs

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is dedicated to enhancing economic growth and the quality of life in South Mississippi by providing residents and employers with workforce education programs, lifelong learning opportunities and basic skills development. Through community education, programs from youth to seniors and many efforts in between are addressed. Each year, more than 32,000 people choose our college for everything from university-transfer credits to special interest classes to workforce development. And talk about community service projects – our campus organizations work throughout the year to raise funds, donate clothes and food to the needy and homeless, and volunteer when disaster strikes.
