Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Jefferson Davis Campus will host the art exhibit “The Stories We Tell” October 15 – November 29 at the campus Fine Arts Gallery.  A closing reception will be held on Thursday, November 29, noon – 1 p.m.

The exhibit will feature the artwork of Delta State University art professors Ky Johnston and Michael Stanley.

Stanley is Art Department chair and teaches sculpture and drawing.  Johnston teaches ceramics and printmaking.

The exhibit and closing reception are free and open to the public.  Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.   It is located in the Jefferson Davis Campus Fine Arts Building (D), 2226 Switzer Road, Gulfport.  For more information, contact Gallery director Matt Steadman at 228.897.3736 or matthew.steadman@mgccc.edu.
