FAQ
A student ID card may not function properly for several reasons, including defects, damage, or changes in student status, such as dual enrollment or becoming a newly assigned resident with a meal plan. Students can bring their defective ID cards to Campus Police to determine the cause of the issue. If the ID card is found to be malfunctioning due to no fault of the student, it will be replaced at no cost to the student.
No. Once a student ID replacement card has been purchased, the college cannot reimburse the student. The lost student ID card is deactivated at the time of replacement and is no longer valid.
Parking Decals
Obtaining a college parking decal for your vehicle is essential for students who live on campus or commute to campus, as well as for employees. Decals are assigned and picked up at the campus police department. To streamline this process, individuals can request a decal online. Once the request is submitted, the decal can be picked up from any campus police department during normal business hours.
When requesting a decal, be sure to have the following information ready:
- License plate number
- State the tag was issued
- Year, make, model, color, and VIN of the vehicle.
This ensures a smooth and efficient process for obtaining your necessary parking decal.
FAQ
