iMPAC Immersive Media Performing Arts Center Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

About the iMPAC

The Immersive Media Performing Arts Center (iMPAC) is a 54,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility located on the Harrison County Campus. The main performance hall provides seating for 1,200 guests, including contemporary box seating and a well-appointed Queen’s Row positioned in the center of the hall.

The audience chamber has outstanding acoustic qualities which can be adapted for various performance settings by means of a system of acoustic deflectors, curtains, and a full stage acoustic shell. The acoustic shell can be configured in three depths to accomdate full symphony orchestras, small and mid-size chamber ensembles, and solo performers.

iMPAC provides the opportunity for a refined arts experience like no other on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The center offers students and the community the opportunity to experience culture in a unique atmosphere.
