Two-Factor Authentication Setup Instructions
2FA is an extra security credential beyond username and password that helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You will be prompted to register for 2FA based on your location when you first login to one of the college’s online services:

You will have three choices to select from for two-factor authentication.
- Microsoft Authenticator App
- SMS text verification code
- Verification phone call
Instructions
Please note that you will have to access the physical device you have selected for 2FA or you will not be able to login. For example, if you select to receive a phone call to your home or office phone, you will not be able to login away from your home or office. The Microsoft Authenticator app is highly recommended.
