The JD Players at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Jefferson Davis Campus will present “Arsenic and Old Lace” November 29 – December 1 at 7:30 each evening and on December 2 at 2 p.m. in the campus Fine Arts Auditorium.

“Arsenic and Old Lace” is a comedy written by Joseph Kesselring and presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc., New York. The uproarious play centers around a family, who all have a bit of a mad gene.  A young man’s world is turned upside down when he realizes his elderly aunts, Martha and Abby, have been poisoning lonely old men for years. Add to the mayhem of his two brothers and you have the makings of an entertaining and twisted dark comedy.

Dr. Harper; Bradey Coleman as Teddy Brewster; Anthony Pyle as Officer Brophy; Chandee Carson as Officer Klein; Katarina Carr as Martha Brewster; Stephanie Hartley as Elaine Harper; Rowdy Green as Mortimer Brewster; Zachary Whales as Mr. Gibbs/Mr. Witherspoon; Wayne Stephens as Jonathan Brewster; Alex Carrington as Dr. Einstein; Peyton Glydewell as Officer O’Hara; and Joseph Stinson as Lieutenant Rooney.
