MGCCC offers a wide variety of non-credit career training courses

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is offering a variety of non-credit courses this summer that include training opportunities related to healthcare, information technology and foreign language. Classes to enhance business and industry skills are being offered as well.

“At Gulf Coast, we are aware that many South Mississippians are suffering from job losses or reduced hours and pay,” said Dr. Mary S. Graham, MGCCC president.  “We have moved quickly to launch a variety of options to our communities that will provide them with training to improve their job skills. These short-term courses, offered at little or no cost, will help participants to upskill and reskill for better career opportunities.”

Courses include completion certificates and/or preparation for a nationally recognized certification examination.
