The Supply Chain Program will support workforce development and job creation in the Gulf Coast Region through the development of training programs to address supply chain needs of coastal Mississippi’s industries. MGCCC can offer these programs to eligible students at NO COST* through a grant provided by the RESTORE Act.

*Some programs have additional costs associated with instructional material and external exam and licensure fees. Students may be responsible for the cost of these items.

Commercial Truck Driving

Perkinston and George County Center

Commercial Truck Driving is an open admission program that prepares individuals to drive trucks and other commercial vehicles.

Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology

West Harrison County Center

The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology Program is an instructional program that provides students with competencies required to maintain and repair a variety of industrial diesel equipment, including agricultural tractors, commercial trucks, and construction equipment. The program includes instruction in inspection, repair, and maintenance of engines, power trains, hydraulic systems, and other components.

Automotive Technology

Harrison County

Automotive Technology is an instructional program that prepares individuals to engage in the servicing and maintenance of all types of automobiles.

Robotics and Automated Manufacturing

Jackson County

Robotics and Automated Manufacturing Technology is a program that prepares individuals to apply technical skills needed for support of the advanced manufacturing industry. This program focuses on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems, robotics, instrumentation, and automated processes.
