About The Metric
Tracks the job placement rate of CTE Leavers (Perkins Level 3) by individual program and in aggregate. This metric is published in the Online Factbook in accordance with SACSCOC Standard 8.1.
Definition
Calculates the percentage of CTE Leavers (Perkins Level 3) who are placed in a related job within six months following graduation.
Expected Outcome
Optimally, 90% of CTE Leavers (Perkins Level 3) students will be successfully placed in jobs or transfer to a university within six months following graduation (target). The minimum threshold for job placement rates is to exceed the national average for each reporting year.
