Assessment Centers
Campus assessment centers provide a variety of proctored testing services. Some of the services provided by the assessment centers include proctored testing for on-line courses, entrance exams, certification exams, Credit for College Level Examination Program (CLEP) allowing students to achieve college credits by examinations, PearsonVue testing, and ACCUPLACER testing used to evaluate competency levels of potential students in specific academic areas. Other services are also available. Students may contact the assessment centers on the appropriate campus with any questions by email.

On Campus and Online
Proctored exams for online classes are not scheduled on this page. Please login to your Canvas account, click on your course, find the “Smarter Proctor” link on the side of the webpage and follow the step-by-step procedures from there to set up an exam for your online class. You will choose a location to take the exam at an Assessment Center. You also have the option to pay an additional fee to use SmarterProctoring Live and take the exam using a web camera from your personal computer.

Assessment Center Expectations
We strive to provide a positive and professional testing environment. Please review the following expectations prior to your visit:
- Identification: A valid photo ID is required before testing to verify identity.
- Approved Materials: Only materials authorized by your instructor may be used. Please store all unauthorized items in the designated area as directed by the proctor before beginning your exam.
- Testing Environment: To maintain a quiet testing environment, all electronic devices must be silenced before entering the Assessment Center; talking is not permitted during testing.
- Food & Drink: Food and beverages are not permitted. Please help maintain a clean environment by disposing of items before entering.
- Professional Conduct: Respectful and honest behavior is expected at all times. This includes removing hats, focusing only on your assigned computer, and avoiding any actions that could be perceived as dishonest. Visitors are not permitted in the testing area.
