Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Jackson County Campus will host the 2014 Veterans Walk on Monday, November 10, at 11 a.m.

The walk will begin at the flagpole in front of the Warner Peterson Administration Building with a special ceremony presented by the Keesler Honor Guard honoring those who were POW and MIA.

Following the ceremony, participants will walk through campus bearing flags representing each branch of the military. Light refreshments will be served in the atrium of the Warner Peterson Administration Building after the walk.

The public, especially veterans, are welcome to attend this special event at no charge.
