Quality Child Care for Full Time MGCCC Students
About Our Child Care Centers
MGCCC’s Early Childhood Education centers provide high quality, low-cost child care for the children of full time MGCCC students. We serve children ages 6 months – 5 years old.
Our teachers have received an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and are CPR Certified. All of our centers are licensed with MSDH, and our Perkinston Campus center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
What Parents Can Expect
Parents can expect their children to have age-appropriate learning environments, educated teaching staff skilled in age-specific teaching methods, increased health and safety standards, school readiness through the implementation of the Mississippi Early Learning Guidelines, and the teaching of skills that promote self-discipline.
Our offices and child care centers are open during the regular academic school year: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
We are closed during the summer and other school breaks.
