Spring 2025 Refund Schedule

| Wednesday, February 19, 2025 | Spring 2025 Student Aid refunds begin. |
| Refunds are distributed via BankMobile each Wednesday.
Refunds WILL NOT be distributed March 26, 2025. Attention: During the Spring 2025 Semester, the Pell Grant is awarded based on the number of hours that the student is enrolled in and attending as of February 17, 2025. Hours enrolled after February 17, 2025 will be reviewed on case-by-case basis. |

Refunds WILL NOT be distributed on July 2, 2025. Attention: During the Summer 2025 Semester, the Pell Grant is awarded based on the number of hours that the student is enrolled in and attending as of June 23, 2025. Hours enrolled after June 23, 2025, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. |
