Computer Networking Technology Cloud Administration Option
Cloud Administration is an option for the Computer Networking Technology program and is designed as a two-year program of study to prepare the student for entry-level employment. Computer network professionals create and support networks to ensure they operate efficiently and securely. Cloud Administrators implement, maintain, and optimize cloud-based systems, while managing security requirements and optimizing performance. The Cloud Services option is designed to prepare students for employment in network administration, system administration, and cloud administration.
This program leads to an Associate of Applied Science Degree and is preparatory for employment upon graduation from MGCCC. Where a transfer to four-year college or university is desired, a conference should be scheduled with an MGCCC advisor.
All students completing a career or technical program must complete an MGCCC Board-approved Technical Skills Attainment where applicable. Students should see an advisor for further details.
