1 The 2030 Excelerate Profile charts out institutional progress made along the core measurable metrics outlined in the Strategic Plan, Excelerate 2030. The reporting content is organized by the four strategic institutional commitments: Teaching & Learning, Student Experience, Engagement & Partnerships, and Institutional Excellence. Stakeholders: This portfolio is primarily consumed by members of the Executive Council, the Planning Council and Board of Trustee members.
2 The Planning Outcomes - Focus on Continual Improvement Portfolio is dedicated to tracking health metrics for all administrative and student support departments, and educational programs that are reflected in the online planning system. The data can be rolled up by divisions and the institution as a whole.
3. The Enrollment Management Portfolio is designed to showcase applicant and enrollment activity for the institution. The series of reports present both historical trends and live-to-the-second visualizations.
4. The Student Achievement Metric Portfolio showcases student progression and completion metrics. Progression variables include: success rates, withdrawal rates, retention rates, graduate rates, total number of distinct graduates, placement rates, and university transfer-out performance.
5. The Student Aid and Financial Resources Portfolio presents the total amount of aid and debt incurred by students during a fiscal year and the College cohort default rates.
6. The Instruction - Support Services Portfolio details the usage and effectiveness of the learning lab facilities and trends associated with the online learning environment.
7. The Instruction - Faculty Portfolio aids data-insight for academic, career and technical and health sciences faculty members at the institution.
8. The Instruction - Leadership Team Portfolio is designed to track and evaluate aspects of program health and enrich conversations during the Annual Faculty Evaluation Process. 8. 9. The College routinely solicits feedback from students, employees, employers and community partners. All the survey reports are fully automated for the end user. The Indirect Assessment Measures Portfolio includes the links to all survey reports at the institution. Custom visualization have been designed for a select few commonly referenced surveys, such as the Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory and Graduate Exit Survey.
10. The High Impact Initiatives Portfolio tracks the effectiveness of sponsored high impact college programs and initiatives. Users who access these visualizations can view QEP Embracing Essential Skills Program and Achieving the Dream project outcomes.
11. The Non-Credit Enrollment Portfolio presents enrollment figures and company details of the College's workforce and non-credit operation.
12. The College analyzes the Economic Impact that Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College has on its four county district of George County, Harrison County, Jackson County, and Stone County. The Economic Impact Porfolio includes works from EMSI Labor Market Analytics as well as internal works.
13. The visualizations published on the Online Factbook are intended for public consumption. The Online Factbook Portfolio contains all the same published reports on the web but employees are given more variables to interact with than on the web versions.
14. The Administration & Finance Portfolio contains custom reports associated with the departments of the Administration & Finance Division.
15. The Institutional Advancement Portfolio contains custom reports associated with the departments of the Institutional Advancement Division.
16. The Student Services and Enrollment Management Portfolio contains custom reports associated with the departments of the Student Services & Enrollment Management Division.
