More About the MGCCC Reflections Team

Reflections Team Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the official host and hostesses of MGCCC
  • Participate and attend the Leadership and Organization Skills course
  • Assist Office of Recruitment in all potential new student recruitment efforts
  • Assist Office of Admissions with all orientation and registration events
  • Lead campus tours
  • Have general knowledge of MGCCC
  • Attend summer Reflections Team District-Wide Training
  • Adhere to uniform policy
  • Must adhere to the Social Media Policy, Statement 306.19, in the Policy and Procedures Manual for social media etiquette

Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Reflections Team Member positions are available to students who are one of the following:
    • Entering as full time freshmen* or transfer student to MGCCC
    • Currently enrolled full time students at MGCCC
  • Must have and maintain a cumulative 2.5 grade-point average
  • Displays good leadership qualities
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Must possess a desire to attract others to MGCCC
  • Must have a positive image of MGCCC
  • Must be dependable, assertive and hardworking
  • Must abide the Social Media Policy, Statement 306.19, in the Policy and Procedures Manual for social media etiquette

*With a high school diploma or a high school equivalency.
