Fall 2026 Refund Schedule

| Refunds are distributed via BankMobile each Wednesday. Refunds WILL NOT be distributed November 23 – 27, 2026, and December 21, 2026 – January 3, 2027. September 21, 2026 is the freeze date for the fall 2026 semester. The financial aid freeze date (also called the census date or Pell Recalculation Date) is the specific day each semester when your class schedule is locked to calculate your final financial aid award. Hours added/enrolled in after Monday, September 21, 2026, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for additional Pell grant awards. | |
