  • GIS Helpdesk Tier 1 Support

    The GIS Tier 1 Help Desk Support non-credit training program is a 6 to 8-week online program. Participants receive specialized instruction in certification areas required by the industry to provide Tier 1 support for GIS software and applications. Upon completion, participants are prepared for an entry-level position as Tier 1 GIS Help Desk Support personnel.

MGCCC can offer these programs to eligible students at NO COST through a grant provided by the RESTORE Act.
