  • New Century Skills Scholarships

    New Century Skills Scholarships are formerly known as the Career and Technical (CTE) Scholarships. Mississippi high school students who completed a two-year secondary career/technical/vocational program with good grades or place first, second, or third in a state or national student organization competition recognized by the Mississippi Department of Education* may be eligible for half-tuition or full-tuition scholarships when they enter MGCCC as full-time, first-time to enter college students.

  • Non-Credit Courses

    MGCCC offers non-credit, continuing education health sciences courses from ed2go. Courses come equipped with great instructors, engaged fellow students, and plenty of practical information you can immediately put to use.

    Nursing Students

    Having earned local, state, and national recognitions for its successes, the School of Nursing and Health Professions offers rigorous courses in state-of-the-art facilities that equip students to meet the health care needs of their communities. The School partners with local health care professionals and hospitals to help students acquire clinical experience and a better understanding of the health care needs of the community. Students of the programs are trained to be transformational leaders in health care and are prepared for the challenges of a rapidly changing industry. Cutting edge technology provides students with a learning environment that simulates the experiences they will encounter in health care organizations both locally and across the country.
