F.If 2nd attempt is at least 60 but less than 65, applicant is eligible to apply to the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Pre-licensure program offered during the fall or spring semesters or the applicant can delay the hybrid option until the next summer semester.Those Applicants desiring to wait until the next summer hybrid option to apply will be required to: A.Wait a minimum of one year following the first TEAS attempt B.Remediate again utilizing ATI TEAS Online Practice Assessment - Form A. C.Print and File the assessment results as your ticket to retake D.Register to test again with atitesting.com (considered first attempt in 2nd one (1) year cycle).Have a consistent and reliable computer with Internet access and required components (Sound card with speakers, printer, microphone, web-camera capable of video web conferencing, DVD/CD-ROM drive) Have a basic understanding of computer terminology, specifications, software and applications (Microsoft Windows 7 or later/Firefox/Chrome, Microsoft Office 2010 or later, Adobe Reader 9.0 or later, navigating the Internet, sending and receiving emails with and without attachments, and an Antivirus application updated regularly) Participate in a Mandatory Respiratory Therapist-to-RN Hybrid Transitional Option Webinar Session (The Webinar Date and time will be provided following official program acceptance) Proof of attainment of a current IV therapy Certification OR successful completion of an approved IV Therapy educational program or course OR mastery of a course or course objectives contained in a Respiratory Therapist program related to the skills of IV insertion and IV therapy. Comply with Mississippi law requiring a Criminal Background History Check with Fingerprinting through the Mississippi Department of Health.
