b'Automotive Light Duty Diesel Technology Option (Harrison County Campus) Automotive Light Duty Diesel is an option in the Automotive Technology program.The Light Duty Diesel diploma option offers students an opportunity to specialize after completing the first two semesters of the Automotive Technology program. Students can choose to branch from Automotive Technology into Light Duty Diesel during the last 15 hours of coursework. This option emphasizes the technology, tools, and safety required for light duty diesel service and maintenance. This program leads to an Associate of Applied Science Degree and is preparatory for employment upon graduation from MGCCC. Where a transfer to four-year college or university is desired, a conference should be scheduled with a MGCCC advisor.
