A combination of class work and practical experience gives students the opportunity to acquire the background and skills necessary to enter the business and community workforce in positions leading to mid-management level and higher. The gaming management courses will focus on the unique characteristics of both the gaming and hospitality industries. Learn entry-level skills related to the unique business and marketing characteristics of the casino industry. The gaming courses link to other programs that will lead to an Associate of Applied Science degree with a gaming concentration:Administrative Office Technology, Accounting Technology, Business Management Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business and Marketing Management, and Computer Networking Technology.This degree is designed to help students seek employment in entry level or supervisory gaming positions.
